Pokemon Cookies | Geeky Easter Fun

I've never been great at decorating my baked goods. I've mostly stuck to a dusting of powdered sugar or the occasional sprinkle of chopped nuts. I do go all out for Christmas with my Gingerbread Cookies, but there I stick to a powdered sugar glaze and an overwhelming number of candies. That's until I met ROYAL ICING. So easy, so versatile.
